A paper mouse, and more
It's not easy to get appealing books written in a country where most people have never seen a good book. We've used various approaches to produce our list, often starting with the best books from other countries as inspiration.
In this case, Tha Thao looked at 'Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?' then used Bill Martin and Eric Carle's cut-paper technique to colorfully depict animals familiar to Lao children.
